Jom Heboh lands in Sabah for grand finale

KOTA KINABALU: Following a successful tour across six states, the 2024 Jom Heboh Carnival (KJH) has arrived in Sabah for its grand finale.

The carnival, which commenced in Kuching, Sarawak, was also held in Putrajaya, Melaka, Terengganu, Penang and Johor.

Running for three days from today until Sunday, people began visiting the KJH venue at the Likas Sports Complex here as early as 8am.

With U-Mobile as the main sponsor, the excitement was palpable not only among adult visitors but also among children, many of whom participated in colouring competitions at the Tonton 'Drama Sangat Studio' (STDS) booth alongside their parents.

Fans of popular programmes and dramas on Tonton, TV3 and TV9 also had the opportunity to meet and interact with famous actors at the STDS booth.

Present were celebrities Khai Bahar, Reen Rahim, Imran Aqil, Rita Nadira, Nelissa Nizam, Sophia Albarakbah and Sharifah Rose.

The STDS booth also featured a KJH souvenir counter, which offers items such as T-shirts, caps and umbrellas.

Attendees could also explore stalls from popular brands such as Marigold, F&N and 4Fingers.

Recognised as the "Longest Running Outdoor Event" by the Malaysia Book of Records, KJH has become a phenomenon among Malaysians, providing endless fun and a wide array of engaging activities.
