KUALA LUMPUR: TMC Life Sciences Bhd's shareholders have voted out executive director, and group chief executive officer, 40 year old, Wan Nadiah Wan Mohd Abdullah Yaakob from its board of directors.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia Securities, the company said 99.9793 per cent of shareholders voted via poll for the resolution to remove Wan Nadiah, at an extraordinary general meeting called for the purpose.
The EGM comes days after the company found Wan Nadiah found guilty of misconduct following a domestic inquiry which ran for 11 months.
