KUALA LUMPUR: National women's squash No. 2 Rachel Arnold reached the second round of the US$315,000 Egyptian Open on Friday after a hard fought 6-11, 11-5, 10-12, 11-7, 11-8 win over England's world No. 44 Grace Gear in Cairo.
World No. 24 Rachel came back from a set down to pull through in 51 minutes.
The Malaysian will next face world No. 10 Amanda Sobhy of the United States.
