KUALA LUMPUR: Asian champion Ng Eain Yow has climbed two spots to a career-best No. 13 in the PSA World Tour rankings.
The 26-year-old earned valuable ranking points when he upset Egyptian players, world No. 13 Aly Abou Eleinen and 6 Karim Abdel Gawad in the British Open in Birmingham last week.
Eain Yow, the German Open champion, is now on the right path to break into the top 10, provided he does well in the remaining tournaments this year.
Meanwhile, S. Sivasangari remained at No. 10 in the women's rankings.
