KUALA LUMPUR: Boustead Properties Bhd's brand, Mutiara Spaces, has launched new a mobile app Mutiara X Super App to elevate customers' experiences through rewards.
Boustead Properties chief executive officer Khairul Azizi Ismail said the company aims to grow the user base to 5,000 by early 2025, further strengthening its digital presence.
He said the one-stop digital platform leverages big data for audience targeting, product development, and cross-promotion.
"It aims to elevate customers' experiences through rewards and seamless digital engagement.It offers a range of features, including points management, rewards wallet, shopping rewards, hotel stay rewards, and exclusive updates on Boustead Properties' project developments, property showcases, and events," he said in his speech during the super app's launching event.
According to Khairul Azizi, users can access exclusive deals at the Curve, enjoy special rates at the Royale Chulan Hotels & Resorts, as well as gain unique offers on Boustead Properties' Mutiara Collections including Mutiara Damansara, Mutiara Rini, Mutiara Hills, and One Cochrane Residence.
While the company's digital journey is still at the beginning stage, he said Mutiara Spaces has ambitious plans for the future of Mutiara X.
"It is envisioned that the upcoming phases will include enhancements to the merchant platform and the integration of additional companies under Boustead Holdings Bhd, expanding its digital eco-system," he added.
In conjunction with the launch of Mutiara X, Boustead Properties is also celebrating the 20th anniversary of both the Curve shopping mall and Royale Chulan Hotels & Resorts.
