KUALA LUMPUR: Disability does not define a person's ability to make a difference.
In a moving act of kindness, a disabled entrepreneur, known as @Amirazam94 on TikTok, touched many hearts when he chose to use his savings to provide help and assistance to those who were affected by the floods in Kedah.
"Amir is not normal like other people, but Amir will try to be devoted to everyone, even in my situation with disabilities," he said in his caption accompanying the clip.
In the video, Amir went to the market and selected several items such as bread, sugar, coffee, instant noodles, soap and more to provide to the flood victims.
He then packed these items into small bags to be distributed to those affected by the floods.
"All these items, I (have) distributed in the flood-affected areas... Alhamdulillah, this is the outcome of my business..
"Allahuakbar, there are those who are willing to join and help me in this mission," he wrote in the clip.
The comments section of the clip were flooded with messages from other users praising as well as offering prayers for Amir's well-being and wished him plentiful blessings.
"Alhamdulillah, Amir is a special person in the eyes of the community. Even in the afterlife, you will receive rewards from Allah. Even normal people can't do what Amir does. Well done!," wrote @Aini Zaini 79
