KUALA LUMPUR: "I'm trying my best and I believe I can," said actress Mawar Rashid about fulfilling her role as a single mother to three children.
In a Harian Metro report yesterday, Mawar, 29, said that her former husband, entrepreneur Raf Yaakob, 39, was jointly raising the children with her.
"What happened between me and Raf, I'm more comfortable avoiding comments because we have young children and my ex-husband is also their father," she said.
Mawar married Raf on Nov 9, 2017. However, they divorced after six years.
They were blessed with three children Raden Muhammad, 5, Raden Seri Rosabella Cinta, 3 and Raden Seri Riyanna Sayang, 1.
Mawar said that she was still trying to adjust to life as a single mother and things have been going smoothly thus far.
"I believe tests like this give me the opportunity to be stronger," she said.
