KUALA LUMPUR: Kimlun Corp Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary Kimlun Sdn Bhd has secured a contract from Saujana Development Sdn Bhd for a high rise residential development in Seksyen U2 in Shah Alam.
The contract is worth RM234.27 million, according to the company's filing to Bursa Malaysia today.
Kimlun said construction work is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2026 (3Q26).
"The project is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of Kimlun Group for the financial years during the contract period," it noted.
At the time of writing, Kimlun's share price was down four sen or 2.99 per cent at RM1.20, giving it a market capitalisation of RM459.4 million.
