KUALA LUMPUR: Former national player Rosman Razak has been confirmed as the new head coach of the national women's doubles team.
The BA of Malaysia (BAM) announced this in a statement today.
"Rosman will be working closely with national coaching director Rexy Mainaky, senior team coach Ching Kai Feng and junior team coach Amelia Anscelly as they strive to strengthen and further develop the women's doubles department," said BAM.
Upon his return, Rosman expressed his enthusiasm for the opportunity to contribute again to the national setup.
"I am honoured to be back at BAM and excited to take on this challenge.
"The women's doubles department has the potential to grow, and I look forward to building on the progress made over the years," said Rosman.
Rosman will begin his new role on Nov 5.
With nearly two decades of experience coaching doubles pairs, Rosman brings extensive expertise and leadership to the position.
