KLUANG: Two policemen were injured after a bomb detonation exercise here today went awry, triggering a landslide.
Johor police chief, Commissioner M. Kumar, said the incident took place at Bandar T6, Taman Lambak in Kluang.
"I don't have the full details on the extent of the injuries, but I can confirm that the policemen involved in the incident were rushed to the hospital," he said when contacted.
No fatalities have been reported so far.
The incident took place about an hour ago, he said.
Police are expected to release a statement soon.
