Sunway Lagoon is proud to reveal its coolest, most terrifying instalment, bringing a decade of fear to life with Nights of Fright 10 (NOF 10).
Since its inception, 'Nights of Fright' has cemented its legacy as the ultimate festival of fear, attracting thrill-seekers and fans of all spooky things.
With nine years of delivering top-notch haunted experiences, this year's milestone event promises to push the boundaries of fun-filled horror, combining nostalgic scares with new, heart-pounding attractions and exciting international collaborations such as the exclusive Silent Hill.
First launched in 2013, 'Nights of Fright' has become a fixture on Malaysia's entertainment calendar, drawing both local and foreign tourists to Sunway Lagoon.
Throughout the years, the event has evolved to become a fully immersive Halloween experience, complete with over 250 live scare actors, interactive horror zones, and nightmarish haunted houses that haunt guests long after they leave.
TRADITION
"Celebrating 10 years of 'Nights of Fright' is an incredible milestone for all of us at Sunway Lagoon," said Sunway Theme Parks assistant general manager of Marketing and Park Experiences Michelle Soong at the horror theme park's recent press preview.
"What started as a unique way to bring Halloween thrills to Malaysia has evolved into a highly anticipated tradition.
"This year, for our 10th anniversary, we are drawing inspiration from the East, infusing our horror themes with a captivating twist that will elevate the entire experience to a new chilling heights."
She said that Sunway Lagoon had roped in 500 young Malaysians to play the ghosts and most of them were students who attended auditions for their ghostly part-time jobs.

This year, 'Nights of Fright' takes the horror experience to a global scale by introducing spine-chilling intellectual properties (IPs) from around the world, offering guests a terrifyingly immersive journey through Japan, the United Kingdom, the United States and China.
These iconic IPs, combined with local elements of terror, make 'Nights of Fright' a truly international horror experience.
